Note that you cannot use our online service if you are the heir or succession liquidator. Instead, complete form BD-81.3-V, Claim of a Financial Asset by an Heir or Liquidator of a Succession.
Property worth less than $500 must be claimed within ten years. There is no deadline for property worth $500 or more.
