Two ways you can help the economy

Yes. E-receipts are allowed in the taxi industry.
You can ask for a paper receipt unless a taxi company’s terms of service say that only e-receipts are sent when reservations are made with a mobile app.
The technology is different. In restaurants and bars, the bill has a barcode. Taxi receipts have QR codes.
All receipts given by taxi companies are easy to recognize by the QR code or by a clickable link for e-receipts. If those things aren’t on your receipt, you can call us at 1 855 208-1131 (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
